Dining at RE-NAA
The hotel houses RE-NAA, a Michelin two-star restaurant on the first floor. Chef Sven Erik Renaa creates a 22-dish tasting menu using local ingredients from Rogaland's ocean, fjords, woods, and mountains. The open kitchen allows guests to view meal preparation.
